Abstract Submission Guidelines
To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow up process, please refer to the following guidelines.
- The paper must be original and had not been previously presented / published elsewhere.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English using the Online Abstract Submission Form. Text must be typewritten in Times New Roman. Information on Font size can be obtained from Abstract Sample.
- Abstracts submitted by fax, email or paper copy will NOT be considered.
- Select your preferred mode of presentation (Oral / Poster).
- Abstract texts should have the following structure: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
- The abstract may contain up to a maximum of 300 words.
- The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 15 August 2023.
- Once the abstract submission has been successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure your email address is correct.
- For each abstract, the Registration Fees for the presenting author should be paid as soon as possible.
