To qualify for the Early Bird rate, both Registration & Payment must be completed before 10th July 2023.
- The deadline for Early-Bird Registration is 10th July 2023.
- Registration fee entitles the ASIANALYSIS XVI 2023 / APCE 2023 delegates to the following:
- Attendance at all ASIANALYSIS XVI 2023 / APCE 2023 scientific sessions
- All ASIANALYSIS XVI 2023 / APCE 2023 documents and materials
- CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation, if written notice is received by 9 July 2023, a full refund, less a 10% administration charge, will be given. If written notice for cancellation is received after 9 July 2023 but before 15 August 2023, a 50% refund will be given. No refund will be made for cancellation from 15 August 2023. For no-shows at the conference, no refund will be made.

Group Registration
Group registrations will be accepted for a minimum of 5 participants. Registrations will be accepted until full capacity is reached. Each registration for the group of 10 participants will be entitled with 1 free registration.
